What to Expect

1. You tell us about your business

By filling out our Website Plan Form, you give us a strong understanding of what your website should contain and be like. The form covers your business details, what you'd like included, any preferences you have, etc.

We'll get in touch to confirm your website plan, requirements, files/content, and final price. Once you're happy and payment's received, we'll get started.

Not sure what you want? That's fine - we can design your website from start to finish with the bare minimum.

2. We build your website

First drafts typically land within these windows:

• Starter Package: 3–5 days

• Mid-Scale Package: 6–10 days

Turnaround mostly comes down to how much content you're able to give us upfront. The less we have to start with, the more we create ourselves - which can take a little longer.

These are estimates rather than fixed deadlines. We'll keep you posted if anything's likely to affect the timeline.

3. You review, and we refine

You get 2 free rounds of revisions, plenty of room to get the wording, layout, and details exactly right.

We'll send you a link to your completed website's draft, which you can review page by page. From there, you can approve it, or request changes by form, email, or call - whatever's easiest for you.

4. We launch

We publish your website and connect your domain - it's now live for customers and the world to see! (More on domains in the next section below.)

Domain connections can take up to 48 hours to fully kick in. Once we've confirmed everything's working properly, we hand over full access and can walk you through the basics. From there, your website is entirely yours to keep.

Domain Names

Your domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.co.nz) is the web address people type in to find your site.

If you don't have one yet, it's a quick, cheap process, and there are many great registrars to choose from, such as:

Once you've got a domain, connecting it to your website is free and included in every package. We handle the technical side - all you'll need to do is add a couple of records at your registrar, which we'll walk you through when the time comes.

Free Hosting

Good news! Hosting is already included, no need to buy or set up anything extra.

Every package comes with your website hosted for you, so there's nothing separate to pay for or manage. Once your site is built and live, it just works, no hosting bills, no accounts to juggle, no technical setup on your end.

Website Content

Have your own photos, videos, or written content?

We will build your website around what you provide. You will have a chance to share files and content you'd like us to use on your site when we get in touch to confirm your website plan.

No content? We will create it for you.

If you don't have photos or footage, we can source suitable stock images or video that fit your brand at no extra cost. And if writing isn't your thing, our packages already include a standard write-up for your site.

If you'd like something more polished or in-depth, that's available as an add-on.

Payment

Simple one-off payments. No recurring charges or hosting fees.

Once we've confirmed your website plan and the final price, we'll send you an invoice.

Full payment is made before we start building. This is a one-off payment covering your chosen package and any add-ons you’ve agreed to. There are no deposits, instalments, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

What you're paying for:

The complete website build, from the first draft through to launch, based on the package and add-ons agreed on before we begin.

We won’t add unexpected costs once your project is underway. If you decide to make changes or add something new during the build that wasn’t included in the original plan, we will let you know if it affects the price. Any additional costs will be confirmed and paid for before we make the changes.

Changed your mind?

No problem. If you cancel within 48 hours of paying, and we haven’t started work on your website yet, we’ll give you a full refund - no questions asked.

What’s not included:

Any third-party services you choose to use, such as a custom domain or payment processing, are paid directly to the provider. These costs are separate from the website build and its price.
